Project Settlements, based in Ascot, Perth Western Australia, was established in 1983 by Licensee Sally Kelly, and is a proudly independently owned and operated business with staff that have together over 50 years combined settlement and conveyancing experience.

Prior to establishing Project Settlements, Sally worked in property development and investment sales. Project Settlements was originally set up in the exclusive interests of servicing the conveyancing requirements of the development group and their investor clients. In 1993 Sally expanded the Project Settlements client base to include the domestic conveyancing market and offer a personalised service to the local community.

Our staff are passionate about their work, take what they do personally, and go out of their way to build relationships with the community and clients to provide the best possible service in a professional and friendly manner to suit your requirements and needs.
